Security Officer (Part-Time/On-Call – Driving Position)

About the Role

Industry Security Services, Inc. is seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Officer to provide dedicated service for one of our valued clients. This is a hybrid driving position, requiring regular patrols, site oversight, and thorough documentation using a company-issued vehicle. The selected officer will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the client’s property while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle patrols and perimeter inspections at the assigned client site.
• Monitor and secure access points, gates, and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and service calls.
• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and client representatives.
• Ensure proper upkeep of the patrol vehicle and issued equipment.
• Enforce site policies and post orders in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card (active and in good standing).
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional security experience.
• Minimum 10 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile patrol or dedicated-site operations.
• Experience interacting with high profile clientele.
• Experience interacting and coordinating with law enforcement and government officials.
• Familiarity with digital reporting tools (such as Belfry or TrackTik).
• CPR/First Aid certification.
