Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (includes base pay + phone stipend)

Are you ready to protect and serve with integrity, vigilance, and professionalism? Guardian International Solutions Inc., a trusted leader in security services, is seeking qualified and highly motivated Hybrid Security Officers to join our Loss Prevention team in the Los Angeles region.

Position Overview:

As a Hybrid Officer in our Loss Prevention division, you’ll be responsible for both uniformed and plainclothes security duties. Your role will include monitoring suspicious behavior, deterring theft and fraud, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and their patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent and respond to theft, shoplifting, and criminal activity
• Conduct covert and overt surveillance
• Deter aggressive or unauthorized individuals
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Guard Card (Required)
Baton Permit (Required)
OC/Pepper Spray Certificate (Required)
Taser Certification (Required)
Powers to Arrest Certificate (Required)

Highly Desired:

Exposed Firearm Permit

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay: Base rate of $21.80-$23.80/hour, plus stipend (see below)

Incentives

• Phone Stipend: Officers receive $30 per month (approximately $0.20/hour for full-time schedules) for approved use of a personal cell phone while on post to complete reports and required communications.
• The combined total compensation range is therefore $22.00–$24.00/hour.
