Swing Armed Patrol Officer (Urgently Hiring)

Are you ready to elevate your career in security? Gates Security is seeking ONE dedicated Armed Patrol Officer (grave) to serve the West Los Angeles area. As a Patrol Officer, you’ll play a vital role in protecting our clients and their communities, responding to a variety of situations including alarm calls, disturbances, trespassing, burglaries, and more.

At Gates Security, we set a high standard for professionalism and provide comprehensive training to ensure our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

SCHEDULE:

Weekend availability is required. Available shift include 1pm- 11pm (swing)

All personnel are required to complete a minimum of 160 hours of structured training prior to the commencement of their assigned schedule. This training period is mandatory and designed to ensure each individual is fully prepared to perform their duties safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards and operational expectations. Successful completion of the full 160-hour training program is a prerequisite for deployment to any assigned post or shift. Upon successful completion of training, personnel will be eligible for a pay increase of up to $28 per hour.

What You Need to Succeed:
Required:

• Open availability, including weekends shifts (schedules assigned based on company needs)
• BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Firearm Permit
• BSIS Baton Permit

Preferred:

• 3+ years of prior armed vehicle patrol experience (EX. Patrolling in a vehicle and responding to calls for service).
