Executive Protection / Residential Estate Security ($25 reg / $37.50 o.t.)

FULL TIME POSITION:

Armed Protective Agent at 24/7 and 12/7 Commercial and Residential Estate Command Centers. Work Location: Malibu, Beverly Hills and surrounding areas. Shifts: 12 hour (8 reg, 4 ot) / 6p-6a / 4 -5 days per week. Hourly wage provided equates to yearling earnings of $72,800 based on 4 day (12 hr shifts) workweek up to $91,000 based on 5 day (12 hr shifts) workweek.

*Must reside within 50 mile radius of Brentwood / Beverly Hills CA prior to submitting on line interest form.

**Must possess current BSIS guard and firearms certifications to apply for this position.

***Must be fully flexible, able to work 12 hour shifts, available Monday – Sunday, both day and night shifts, as required.

COMPENSATION:

$25/hr regular; $37.50/hr overtime (Yearly equivalent based on 4 day work week is $72,800)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

-US citizenship.
-21 years of age at time of application.
-High school diploma or GED equivalent (4 year degree / military veteran preferred).
-Physically fit and in good overall medical and emotional condition.
-Must be able to work overtime, night shifts, holidays and weekends.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (speak and write fluent English).
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to brief, defend, persuade, and instruct others on security requirements and policies.
-High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
-Hold a current and valid California Class C driver’s license.
-Hold a current and valid California BSIS guard certification.
-Hold a current and valid California BSIS firearms certification.
NOTE: Applicants MUST have BSIS licenses in hand. If you do not, apply only after you have obtained the proper licensing. BSIS licensing through the State of California can take anywhere from 4-6 months to receive after the proper paperwork has been submitted.
