WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH AFTERNOON-TO-EVENING AVAILABILITY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AT OUR LANCASTER MOVIE THEATER.

SHIFT END TIMES MAY ALSO VARY BETWEEN 01200 AND 0300 HOURS DEPENDING ON THEATER OPERATIONS AND MOVIE SCHEDULES.

Reserve position is not permanent position – if any of our security officers is out, then we will refer to our RESERVE roster, meaning you may only work once a month or maybe 10 times a month, no guaranteed hours– should we in future have a permanent position, RESERVE guard may transfer to a position.

We are looking to hire Unarmed Guards Reserve for our current theater in Lancaster, , California FOR: Reserve Only at this time

Our security operations are led by former/current military and law enforcement personnel and as a direct result our Unarmed Officers are held to a higher standard.

Applicants should meet the minimum requirements, with a desire to obtain further training to improve and provide a professional safe environment.

Positions: ARMED SECURITY OFFICER

Currently hiring for: CINEMARK THEATER IN Lancaster, CALIFORNIA

Compensation : $30

Employment Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older
• Current BSIS Guard Card
• Powers of Arrest/Weapons of Mass Destruction
• Be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented framework
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Minimum One (1) year security guard experience preferred.
• Minimum Two (2) years Unarmed Guard
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies situations where security violations have occurred and takes reasonable and prudent action to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company/customer assets.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Continually required to stand
• Continually required to walk
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Continually required to talk or hear
• Frequently utilize visual acuity to read technical information
• Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions
