We are currently hiring Security Officers (Part-time, On-call) to serve as flexible, on-call personnel capable of covering shifts across multiple sites on short notice.

Position Overview:
As a On Call Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by responding to last-minute coverage needs and providing support across various client locations. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable and adaptable individuals looking to gain diverse site experience within the security field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to call-offs and fill in for shifts at different locations, often with short notice.
• Patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or irregularities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any unusual activity.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter misconduct.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Provide customer service and support to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce site policies and safety regulations.
• Complete accurate and timely incident reports.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security experience is preferred, particularly in a flexible or on-call capacity.
• Valid guard card and any required state licensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic security equipment and technology.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
