Area Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Area Field Supervisor & Security Management
The Area Field Supervisor is responsible for directing, managing, and supervising all assigned security fields to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism across all assigned properties.
- On-Site Training & Development: Conduct and manage site-specific training for security employees on their assigned properties to ensure proficiency in client requirements, emergency protocols, and the proper use of specialized equipment.
- Supervise and Direct Patrols: Oversee and coordinate all security patrols and surveillance activities to ensure a safe and secure environment is consistently maintained across the entire coverage area.
- Manage Field Personnel: Direct the activities of field staff, ensuring all personnel are effectively enforcing security protocols, access control measures, and proper identification verification procedures.
- Incident Management & Reporting: Take command of all critical field incidents, acting as the immediate point of contact and primary responder. Ensure accurate and comprehensive records of all security incidents and daily field activities are documented and reported by the team.
- Operational Compliance: Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with all company policies and client-specific security requirements.
- Field Leadership: Serve as the on-the-ground leader, providing guidance, support, and professional direction to all field security personnel.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Security team and office.
- Manage guard scheduling to ensure guards are on time and on respective sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel information and documentation.
- Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatching and transportation management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of professional security experience.
- Must possess an active Guard Card and all necessary security permits.
- Must have a reliable Vehicle.
- Must live within a 30-mile radius of West Hollywood.
- No exposed tattoos above the neck.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is preferred.
- Armed License preferred, but not required.

- Military background is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure security situations.
- Proficient in using security equipment/technology and office administration software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and optimize schedules/operations effectively.
- Ability to work both independently in the field and as part of a dynamic office team.
