Job Overview

Close Range International is seeking (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY) Part-time Armed and Part-time Unarmed Security Officers for City of Los Angeles facilities in the Los Angeles areas to become part of our team. The selected individuals will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the security/safety of the staff and guests.
• Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and investigate disturbances.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor premises and identify security risks.
• Implement conflict management techniques to resolve issues peacefully and professionally.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, utilizing relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with law enforcement if needed and assist in enforcing security protocols
• Follow Post Orders.

Experience:

• Armed and Unarmed: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Baton Permit (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Card (Required)

UNARMED-DOWNTOWN LA-0700-1500 (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-16 HOURS)

UNARMED-PLAYA DEL REY-1300-2100 (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-16 HOURS)

ARMED-WATTS TOWER-1500-2300 (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-16 HOURS)

ARMED-DOWNTOWN LA-2300-0700 (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-16 HOURS)

ARMED-EAST HOLLYWOOD/WATTS TOWER-0700-1500 (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-16 HOURS)

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
