Armed Security Guard (Private estate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Armed Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked Estate residential security. Prior or current law enforcement and or military preferred.

Responsibilities:

– Patrol designated areas and respond to security threats.
– Monitor surveillance cameras, security equipment.
– Conduct security checks and enforce safety regulations.
– Respond to emergencies and provide CPR or first aid if needed.
– Operate CCTV systems effectively.
– Manage conflicts and de-escalate tense situations, if needed.

Skills:
– Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.
– Background in law enforcement is a plus.
– CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
– Familiarity with CCTV systems.
– Conflict management skills.
