What You’ll Do:
-
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.

Monitor access points and assist with controlling the movement of employees, contractors, and visitors, including verifying authorization and directing individuals to the proper check-in process.

Complete patrol and incident documentation, report irregular conditions, and communicate observations to client contacts and/or Allied Universal personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Have 1 or more years of security-related experience.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
CPR certification is preferred.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
-
