Security Guard – Part-Time

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our establishment. We are looking for someone available on Friday and Saturday nights, with additional shifts on Sundays and during special events/holidays as needed. Join our team and contribute to creating a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
• Check identification and enforce age restrictions for alcohol service
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, ensuring safety for all patrons and staff
• Conduct regular patrols of the establishment, both inside and outside
• Assist with crowd control during busy hours and special events
• Collaborate with management and local authorities as necessary
• Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service when appropriate

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
