Schedule & Hours – Please Read:

• Starting at 3 shifts per week
• Friday & Saturday are MUST (required)
• 12 hours MINIMUM per week guaranteed to start
• Part-time night shift only
• Opportunity for more shifts as we grow

• Starting pay $22/HR and up

Position Overview:

You will lead our security team during nightlife operations including bars, clubs, lounges, events, and private functions. You are responsible for team performance, client satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, professional environment.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Security Officers on shift
• Oversee operations at nightlife venues and private events
• Manage post assignments, breaks, and shift coverage
• Handle crowd control, access control, and de-escalation of incidents
• Serve as point of contact for venue managers and clients
• Enforce company standards for appearance, conduct, and procedures
• Complete shift reports and incident reports accurately
• Train new officers on site protocols

Requirements – Must Have:

• Active Florida D/G License (required – must have both)
• Proven experience in nightlife security: bars, clubs, lounges, events, private functions
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience in security
• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
• Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week / 3 shifts per week
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Professional appearance and calm under pressure
• Reliable transportation to Jacksonville & St. Augustine venues
• Must be 21+ and pass background check
