Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough security patrols inside and outside the venue to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
• Manage crowd control during peak hours, ensuring safe and orderly conduct among patrons.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including conflicts, medical situations, or safety hazards.
• Enforce venue policies and local laws with professionalism and tact, de-escalating conflicts when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed to address serious incidents or investigations.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records to ensure accurate documentation of all activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and confidently while managing conflicts effectively.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are preferred.
• Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail for monitoring activities and identifying potential threats.
