Job Title: Security Supervisor
Reports To: Director of Operations
Schedule: Day Shift (Full-Time) — flexibility required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Daytime Security Supervisor to lead and oversee daily security operations. This role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring site safety, enforcing policies, and serving as the primary point of contact between the security team and the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers during daytime hours
• Ensure all security protocols, procedures, and post orders are followed consistently
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of assigned sites to ensure compliance and safety
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to security staff
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, and performance documentation
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and coverage planning
• Maintain clear communication with the Director of Operations regarding site status, issues, and improvements
• Enforce company policies and support disciplinary actions when necessary
• Provide shift coverage as needed if staffing shortages occur or coverage cannot be secured

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security supervision or leadership role required
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and incident response
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficient in report writing and basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Relevant certifications or licenses (as required by state/local regulations)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing multiple sites or large teams
• Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
