Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Access Control Officer to join our team in the US. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ premises by monitoring access points and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The position is based in the afternoon to evening shift from 3PM to 11PM.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to maintain security.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or breaches.
• Maintain accurate logs of access activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Use CCTV and surveillance equipment to monitor premises.
• Provide first aid or CPR if required during emergencies.
• Enforce loss prevention policies to prevent theft or damage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to remain dependable and reliable during shifts.
• Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
