Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Armed Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent judgment skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role requires a high level of responsibility, integrity, and dedication to maintaining a secure environment.

Duties

• Must have a D&G card
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas using surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular security checks to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing appropriate action and documentation.
• Enforce security protocols and access controls for personnel and visitors.
• Assist in conflict management and de-escalation during tense situations.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
• Conduct loss prevention activities to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is preferred.
• Valid security guard license and any necessary firearms permits or certifications.
• Training in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is highly desirable.
• Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Excellent observation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed.
