About the Role

Divinity TGL Protection is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Patrol Officer to serve as the frontline presence for the properties and communities we protect. This is an active, on-your-feet role, you’ll be patrolling on foot and by vehicle in all conditions, not stationed at a desk or booth. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their post, follows procedure without needing to be reminded, and shows up consistently and on time, every shift.

What This Job Actually Involves

• Continuous foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas, including outdoor exposure in all weather
• Monitoring for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations
• Responding immediately to calls, incidents, and disturbances
• Conducting facility security checks, including CCTV monitoring and physical walkthroughs
• Writing clear, accurate, timely incident reports
• Strict adherence to post orders and company procedures (this is not a role where you set your own rules)

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Reliability: consistent attendance, on-time arrival, no-show-free record
• Accountability: owning mistakes, following chain of command, escalating issues properly
• Procedure-first mindset: following post orders and protocols exactly as trained, every shift

Requirements

• Physically able to patrol on foot or in a vehicle for extended periods, including outdoor conditions
• Strong report writing and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CCTV and standard security equipment
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior military or law enforcement experience a plus, not required

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
