About the Role

Divinity TGL Protection is seeking experienced, professional, and dependable Armed Security Officers for our night shift team. This role requires someone who can work independently overnight with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment under pressure, and maintain strict adherence to post orders and client policies at all times.

This is a night-shift position, you’ll be expected to stay alert, mobile, and fully engaged throughout overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. We’re looking for candidates who take accountability seriously, follow procedure exactly as trained, and can be trusted to represent our company professionally when no supervisor is on-site.

What This Job Actually Involves

• Conducting vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties throughout the shift
• Monitoring and securing client facilities during overnight hours
• Enforcing client policies and property rules consistently
• Responding immediately to alarms, disturbances, suspicious activity, and emergencies
• Preparing detailed, accurate incident, activity, and patrol reports
• Maintaining ongoing communication with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency services
• Investigating and documenting security concerns and policy violations
• Assisting law enforcement and emergency responders when required
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Reliability: consistent attendance and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Accountability: sound independent judgment, honest incident reporting, and ownership of your post with minimal oversight
• Procedure-first mindset: strict adherence to post orders and client policies, every shift, without exception

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Valid Florida Class G Armed Security License
• Minimum 1 year of security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
