Overview

Certified Diamondz Entertainment is a premier nightlife and entertainment company seeking professional, armed Security Officers to help maintain a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for our team and guests during events and luxury experiences.

This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to calmly de-escalate situations while protecting people, assets, and cash.

Position Type

Part-Time | Event-Based | Flexible Schedule

Pay Rate

$18.25 – $21.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Thursday – Sunday, primarily evenings and late nights
Additional weekday and travel opportunities may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect Certified Diamondz staff, entertainers, guests, vehicles, and assets
• Maintain awareness of surroundings locally and during out-of-town events
• Monitor crowd behavior and address issues before they escalate
• Safeguard cash and valuables with discretion
• Calmly de-escalate conflicts involving guests or partygoers
• Control access points and enforce restricted areas
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols
• Document incidents and communicate with management as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must possess own firearm and required work equipment (per state and local laws)
• Prior security, event, nightlife, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be 21 years or older
• Background check required; drug screening where permitted by law
