We are currently vetting qualified candidates for upcoming full-time Armed Security Officer positions.

Black Tier maintains a high professional standard, and we are looking for individuals who take the profession seriously. **Compensation: $27–$30/hour**

**Preferred Candidates:**

• Experienced armed security professionals
• Florida D & G License *Required*
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, physically capable, and able to
• operate as part of a team

Confidentiality: Selected personnel will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) due to the sensitive nature of our clients and operations.

Required company-provided professional training:

• Advanced Active Assailant Response
• Defensive Tactics
• Medical/TECC
• Advanced Pistol Courses
• Additional scenario-based training designed to
• develop more capable security professionals.

Physical Readiness Requirement:

This is an active armed security position requiring a high level of physical readiness. Officers must be capable of responding quickly and effectively during emergency situations, including running short distances, navigating stairs, prolonged standing and walking, physically assisting or evacuating an injured or incapacitated person, and performing rapid movement, positioning, and room-to-room response during an active assailant or other critical incident when required by assignment, training, and established response procedures.

Candidate must also be physically capable of participating in force-on-force training scenarios and demonstrating effective movement, control, decision-making, and response under simulated high-stress conditions.
