Site Supervisor – Class A Office / Campus Security


Location:
Class A Office Building / Corporate Campus
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Flexibility Required)
Position Type: Full-Time | Working Supervisor
Uniform: Professional business attire (Suit)


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a growing Class A office building/campus. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role requiring strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to operate confidently in a corporate environment. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader and client-facing representative, ensuring service excellence and team accountability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and actively work alongside the on-site security team
  • Develop, update, and train officers on site-specific post orders and procedures
  • Monitor, assess, and utilize CCTV and security technology systems
  • Coach, mentor, and correct assigned personnel to maintain high service standards
  • Act as the primary on-site liaison with property management and tenants
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with office management
  • Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of the property
  • Complete detailed incident reports and operational documentation
  • Identify training gaps and develop training protocols to address them
  • Support scheduling needs and provide leadership presence outside standard hours when required


Physical & Professional Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and wear a suit daily
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, tenants, and visitors in a Class A environment


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
    (security or related field required)
  • Comfortable with technology, including CCTV systems, reporting platforms, and access control tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail


Preferred Experience

  • Class A office, corporate, or campus-style security experience
  • Prior client-facing leadership experience
