Security Officer for High Rise Building – 77042

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a high-rise building. The ideal candidate will be alert, customer-service oriented, punctual, has a strong work ethic and able to maintain a safe and secure environment while providing excellent service to tenants, visitors, and building staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor building entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Maintain access control and verify visitors.
• Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents.
• Conduct routine patrols assigned.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security concerns.
• Enforce building policies and procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to tenants and guests.
• Communicate effectively with building management and emergency personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous security experience preferred.
• High-rise or commercial building experience is a plus.
• Valid security license, if required by state law.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
