United Protective Services is seeking a polished, dependable, and customer-focused Security Lobby Officer for a highly visible, client-facing position at a professional office property in the Houston 77042 area.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their appearance, communicates confidently, and enjoys working directly with clients, tenants, visitors, and building personnel. You will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while representing United Protective Services and our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and welcoming security presence in the building lobby.
• Greet and assist clients, tenants, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of individuals entering and exiting the property.
• Provide directions and general assistance to visitors and building occupants.
• Follow site security, access-control, and visitor-management procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to questions, concerns, and routine incidents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, property management, and United Protective Services leadership.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Maintain an organized and professional security post.
• Follow all company and site-specific policies and procedures.

• Previous security, concierge, hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
