Branch Field Training Officer (Overnight Operations) – Houston, TX

We are seeking a high-performing, professional Branch Field Training Officer to support and elevate multiple sites across the Houston area during overnight operations. This is a leadership-track role designed for individuals who take pride in developing others, owning their environment, and operating with a high level of accountability.

You won’t just “check boxes”—you’ll shape performance in the field.

Lead onboarding and field training for new security officers

Conduct site visits, audits, and performance evaluations with a solutions-focused mindset

Set and reinforce expectations around professionalism, reporting, and client interaction

Support supervisors and respond to real-time operational challenges

Step into the field when needed—patrol, access control, and camera monitoring

Ensure continuity of service by supporting shift coverage when required

Handle minor operational needs (vehicle/golf cart readiness, basic maintenance like tire changes)

Prior security experience required

Field Training Officer (FTO) or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, correct, and develop others

High attention to detail—especially in reporting and compliance

Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
Requirements:

Minimum age 25 (company vehicle insurance requirement)

Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and adapt to operational needs

Must meet background and fit-for-duty standards
