We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and highly flexible Security Officers to join our team as Flex Officers. This position offers a premium pay rate in exchange for being on-call and available to respond to short-notice assignments across multiple locations.

$350 Sign-On Bonus for FLEX Officers Only

• 1st payout after 90 days: $175.00
• 2nd payout after 6 months: $175.00

Position Overview
Flex Officers play a critical role in maintaining safety and security by filling shifts as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to work a variety of schedules.

Pay Range
Non-Commissioned Officers: $15–$17/hour
Commissioned Officers: $17–$19/hour
Pay based on license type and experience.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of consecutive security experience
• Active Texas Driver’s License
• Active Security License (Non-Commissioned or Commissioned)
• Must obtain a TWIC Card within 90 days (cost covered via payroll deduction)
• Must maintain a working smartphone with required scheduling app
• Must respond to management calls/texts within 30 minutes
• Must be willing to cross-train at multiple locations

Availability Expectations

• Must be available for all shifts: days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Shifts may range from 6 to 18 hours
• Must be able to work on short notice without restrictions

Performance Standards
Officers are expected to maintain high performance and professionalism at all times. Duties include:

• Completing reports
• Following post orders
• Maintaining site security

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
