Job Description:
Serious Protection Services SPS LLC is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to provide protective services for a jewelry store location. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and merchandise while presenting a strong and professional presence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible security presence inside the store
• Monitor customer activity and deter theft or suspicious behavior
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or concerns
• Coordinate with store management regarding security matters
• Complete basic incident reports when required

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods
• Prior security experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule consistently
