Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer

This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to emergencies, and effective communication skills to manage conflicts and ensure safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and/or surveillance systems.
• Clock in hourly on a downloaded app
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety on the property.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and assist in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for incidents or investigations.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and OPEN AVAILABILITY
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
