Job Type: Security Officer, Unarmed – Level 2 for Houston/ Stafford / Spring Area

Employment Type: Part time Friday to Sunday

Schedule: Overnight Shift/ Must be available to start ASAP

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have ACTIVE/VALID Level 2 Security Card License
• Must have ACTIVE/VALID Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation and can work around Houston, TX
• Must have at least 2 years security-related experience
• Must have ave-good command in English language both verbal & written

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Following instructions of manager and client to help provide the best service.
• Must appear, dress, and act professionally
• Must continually be aware of his or her surroundings
• Must practice good judgment in stressful situations
• Must be willing to work in an apartment complex

Summary

As a Level 2 Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. Reporting to the Security Supervisor/Manager, your core skills in security and conflict management will be essential in handling various situations effectively. You will leverage your premium skills in law enforcement and first aid, alongside relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention, to maintain a secure environment.
