Job Overview

Must Have Armed security guard license for the state of Texas. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available for an immediate start. We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Armed Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for protecting personnel, property, and assets by implementing comprehensive security measures. Your expertise in surveillance, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response will ensure a secure environment for all. Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility using CCTV systems and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Control access points utilizing access control systems, verifying identities, and performing background checks on visitors and contractors
• Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Manage emergency situations by executing first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary to secure or move equipment or materials safely
• Utilize surveillance tools such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify potential threats or violations of security policies
• Enforce security regulations through conflict de-escalation techniques, conflict management skills, and adherence to compliance standards

Skills

• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, or military service with a strong understanding of security protocols
• Proficiency in surveillance technologies including CCTV systems and access control systems
• Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail for documentation purposes
• Knowledge of firearm handling, Taser use, and other non-lethal security tools in accordance with legal requirements
• Excellent conflict de-escalation and conflict management skills to handle tense situations professionally
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged patrolling while maintaining alertness
