What You’ll Do

As a Level 3 Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing a professional and calm presence while safeguarding people, property, and assets.
Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure a secure environment.
Responding promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and the public.
Upholding MDPS’s values of ethical conduct, professionalism, and accountability in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a security or related field.
A Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
