Full Time and Part Time Concierge/Security

Specified job responsibilities depend on property but may include:

• Greeting residents during entrance/exit of lobby
• Provide access for authorized personnel, such as housekeepers, real estate agents, contractors, and visitors
• Properly account for inventory of keys and delivered packages
• Maintain communication with homeowners by phone & email regarding property related inquiries
• Monitoring CCTV
• Report all activities and incidents to management

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Non-commissioned security commission
• Excellent Verbal/Written skills
• At least 1-year experience in related fields, such as high-end hotel front desk or front desk operations
• Ability to pass drug test
• Clean background
