Summary

As a Security officer you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. Reporting to the Security Director, your core responsibilities will include monitoring premises, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your premium skills in Security, first aid, and surveillance will enhance our security measures. Additionally, your relevant skills in CCTV operation will support our efforts in safeguarding our students and teachers. Join our team to contribute to a secure atmosphere while receiving weekly pay for your dedicated service.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Order on your Shift
• Keeping Morale to a positive
• ALWAYS COMMUNICATE using the chain or command
• Monitor and secure premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills effectively.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats.
• Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Maintain valid Guard Card and stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
