Position Summary

Boss Security & Asset Protection is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Security Officers serve as ambassadors of our company by providing exceptional service, responding to incidents, and enforcing client policies with professionalism and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties, facilities, or event locations on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, guests, and the public.
• Control access by verifying identification and credentials.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Assist emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity.
• Conduct bag checks, metal detector screening, or wanding when required.
• Direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic during special events.
• Enforce client policies and company procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and company operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
