Summary

As a Security Officer at DoubleTree, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. This position is essential to our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring peace of mind for all who visit our hotels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security of guests and property.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure guest safety.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed, maintaining a calm demeanor during emergencies.
• Utilize CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities within the hotel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required to address security concerns.
• Manage conflicts with professionalism, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is essential.
• Strong surveillance skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
