Security Officer

Our firm is looking for a Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have cannabis dispensary security experience, a valid Driver’s License, a PERC card, and a 20-hour security certification. Candidates with CPR/AED certification are preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively address all types of security issues in an innovative and responsible manner. The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and performing building checks. Candidates must possess a high degree of integrity and adhere closely to company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Be friendly, welcoming, and helpful to guests and employees.
• Be responsible and dependable.
• Prevent employees and visitors from accessing restricted areas.
• Report unusual activity ty to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor visitors and ensure they are only authorized to be in facilities as needed.
• Perform physical patrols of the property.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
