Overview:
G Force is currently seeking dedicated and professional Security Guards to become part of our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. As a Security Guard, your presence will contribute to fostering a welcoming, professional, and reassuring atmosphere where employees and customers can feel confident and at ease. Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence at entrances and throughout the premises.
• Prevent unauthorized access through vigilance and customer service.
• Patrol assigned areas and report suspicious activity or risks.
• Assist customers and staff with professionalism and respect.
• Enforce company policies to maintain order and safety.
• Work with management and team members to resolve concerns.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and incidents, involving law enforcement when needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports promptly.
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security License (mandatory).
• Previous security guard or customer service experience required.
• Excellent grooming, presentation, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups of people.
• Superior observational and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability, particularly under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable standing and patrolling for extended periods.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to attend training or meetings as required.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

• Security Guard : 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Licence and own vehicle (required)
