Unarmed Flex Security Guard – Texas

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Level II Security License (Required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Ability to complete accurate and detailed DARs (Daily Activity Reports)
• Ability to follow site-specific policies and procedures

Job Duties:

• Perform access control duties and monitor authorized entry points
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
• Enforce site policies and procedures
• Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and management as needed
