Armed Field Supervisor – Dallas, TX

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Armed Field Supervisor to oversee security operations in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure both client and staff needs are consistently met.

Schedule:

• Must be flexible to work two shifts
• (Morning & Swing or Swing & Graveyard)

Requirements:

• Valid Level 3 or Level 4 Guard Card (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of armed security supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to issues effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and dependable

Job Duties:

• Conduct site visits and post checks
• Stand post when needed
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Conduct interviews for prospective candidates
• Complete detailed and accurate DARs (Daily Activity Reports)
• Provide support and assistance to security officers as needed
• Ensure guards are performing duties according to company standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients
