Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and professional Unarmed Gate Security Officer to join our security team in Arlington, TX. This position involves monitoring access points, overseeing security at the gate yard, and ensuring the safety of the premises. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience, specifically in access control and gate yard operations, and will exhibit top-tier customer service and professionalism at all times. Safety protocols must be followed meticulously to ensure a secure environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Access Control: Verify credentials and ensure authorized individuals are granted access to the site.
• 
  Gate Yard Security: Monitor traffic, vehicles, and personnel entering and leaving the premises.
• 
  Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and employees with a professional and helpful attitude.
• 
  Surveillance & Reporting: Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• 
  Documentation: Log and track visitor and employee access; maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• 
  Safety Protocols: Follow all company safety procedures and ensure the site remains secure at all times.
• 
  Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism while on duty, representing the company with respect and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active TX Level 2 Security Guard License.
• Previous security experience, including access control and gate yard experience.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• 
  Excellent computer literacy and experience using security software, cameras, and reporting tools.
• Must demonstrate utmost professionalism and a strong commitment to safety and security.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and handle security tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
