Un-Armed Flex Security Officers (Fort Worth)

SMITH PROTECTIVE SERVICES, INC. is seeking a highly motivated, vigilant, and dedicated security officers who have a Non-Commission Security License through the Texas Private Security Bureau for positions at several of SPS clients throughout Fort Worth Metropolitan area.

APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING BASIC REQUIREMENTS: · Eligible to work in the United States of America. · Have a valid Texas driver’s license. Have a valid Security License. · Must be 18 years of age or older. · Must have a working telephone. Must have reliable transportation.· Be willing to submit to a physical and drug screen.· Agree to an in-depth background check including but not limited to criminal history, work performance, and character references.

MUST BE available 24/7.

THE MAJOR DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: · The Employee shall be given the job title of Flex Security Officer, is responsible for maintaining safety and security at various clients, adapting to different assignments and providing excellent customer service which shall involve:

• Patrolling: Regularly patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to deter criminal activity and ensure safety.
• Monitoring: Observe and monitor surveillance systems, checking for any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms and to aid as needed.
• Access Control: Control access to client sites by managing the admittance process and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols, assisting clients and visitors as necessary.

Flexibility: Adapt to various assignments and work schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs. MUST BE available 24/7.
