Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Patrol Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your dedication will help safeguard property, assets, and personnel while upholding the highest standards of security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards
• Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Perform security checks on entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to ensure proper access control
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and implementing preventative measures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with directions or inquiries when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and familiarity with loss prevention techniques
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
• Excellent observation skills with attention to detail in monitoring surroundings
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
