Armed Field Security Supervisor

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc (C13489) is hiring for full-time Commissioned/Level III (armed) field supervisor position.

This position entails being on call to do site training and site inspections as needed, traveling throughout DFW to our multiple accounts.

**2-3 years management experience necessary.**

Armed Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.

Armed Security Officer Job Duties:

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Site Inspections

Uniform inspections

Training of Security Officers on site duties

Patrol Hits

Reporting of nightly activities

Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Armed Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:

Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills

Applicants Must Have:

Required to have an active Level III Commissioned (Armed) TX PSB security license

Must have own firearm and full duty belt

Must have reliable transportation and working cell phone

Fluency in English
