Site Supervisor

HIRING UNARMED SUPERVISOR (Full Time – Monday – Friday)

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of the designated area

· Manage open positions, cross-training, and overtime

· Conduct detailed employee evaluations, inspections, serious incident reporting, investigations, trending, action plans

· Process various reports to monitor operational progress, spot any potential problems or trends to improve operations and/or customer partnerships

· Train, and provide support to new employees

· Assist with Field Operations as needed with regards to client relations, special assignments

· Respond to emergencies and incidents within the designated area promptly and according to policy

· Ability to deal professionally in stressful situations with a high degree of conflict management & resolution skills

· Maintain Client Relations for the assigned client within the site

· Perform all other functions and duties as required or assigned by Platinum Security and/or the Client

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience as a Security Officer
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

· Ability to pass a background check

· Valid security guard card license

. Valid Armed Guard card license

· Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Proficient written and oral communication skills

· Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed

· Working knowledge of basic security techniques

. Clean driving record/a copy of H6/K4

Platinum Security is looking for a Site Supervisor in the San Bernardino area. The position is responsible for training, supervising, and managing officers at standing account and standing post if needed. Supervisors must have excellent leadership skills and be able to deal with adverse situations.
