On Call Floater Security Officer

RMP Security is seeking dedicated and professional On Call Floater Security Guards to join our growing team! We offer flexible shifts at locations including office buildings, construction sites, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure safety and security
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Maintain a strong and professional presence at all times
• Interact courteously with staff, guests, and clients

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid security license (Level II or higher preferred)
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Previous security experience is a plus
