Armed Security Supervisor Level 3

Reliance Security is an established security company with 30+ years of experience and is expanding operations across Texas. We are seeking a highly professional Armed Security Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for growth within the company.

Armed Security Supervisor – Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of security supervisory experience required
• Must possess valid Level II and Level III security licenses
• Ability to respond to and manage incidents independently
• Must have open availability (24/7) and be able to adjust schedule on short notice
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be willing to travel within the state of Texas if need it (Company vehicle, hotel accommodations, and meals provided for work travel)

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage employee schedules
• Hire, train, and terminate officers as necessary
• Complete and maintain documentation, including:
• Disciplinary action reports
• Incident reports
• Other required forms
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
• Oversee and coordinate vehicle maintenance
• Attend weekly client meetings
• Travel occasionally to various cities as required

Additional Expectations

• Must have open availability and be able to adjust schedule for emergencies or last-minute assignments
• Must be able to learn company operations thoroughly and work on-site during initial weeks to ensure proper training of security officers
• Must be able to develop and complete schedules accurately and on time
• Must be able to enforce all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for providing training and ongoing development for security personnel
