Armed Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

This job is every day with a start time of 9pm-3am at a building in Fort Worth. The Officer will be patrolling the exterior of the building using a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Engage in conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid armed security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
