Hiring Armed Security Officer (Dallas Tx)

Overview
This position is for armed level 3 security officers to provide security on 2 properties side by side. This site requires walking and climbing stairs as well as checking vacant units. This property will have 2 officers on site, and hourly reports will be required with photos.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to medical emergencies.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Uphold company policies and legal regulations related to security operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security preferred.
• Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills to handle tense situations professionally.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during emergencies.
• Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and legal compliance requirements. This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment in <LOCATION>, TX, requiring dedication, vigilance, and professionalism from all security personnel.

Requirements

• Must have Level 3 security license
• Pass background and drug screen
• Have reliable transportation
• Have full duty belt & body camera (we can help get body camera)
• MUST HAVE A WILLINGNESS TO WORK
