Duties:

DPS has been contracted to provide a Security Service for a Manufacturing Warehouse In Fort Worth , TX that is located in the 76111 area code. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

David Protective Service is seeking Site Supervisor to work for this Manufacturing Warehouse.

• DPS Officers will make FOOT Patrols every 30 to 45 mins around the Warehouse to enforce and ensure all Safety Procedures. Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized activity
• Perform routine checks of front and rear access gates, ensuring all gates are secure and functioning properly. Patrol and inspect the warehouse areas, production floor, office building, and surrounding property
• DPS Officers will monitor CVT Cameras on the hour every hour for sweep check and monitor customers coming in and out of the warehouse.
• Monitor and verify that alarm systems are properly set and reset, including confirming correct alarm code usage
• DPS Officer is required to make hourly entry in the S.O.R report. Observe and report any suspicious activity, potential security threats, or safety concerns
• Ensure all areas of the property are secure, orderly, and free from unauthorized access
• Maintain a strong security presence to help prevent break-ins, property damage, or loss
• Be attentive to the fact that the property is a multi-tenant location, requiring officers to remain observant of activity involving other tenants, employees, and visitors
• Monitor overall activity on the property to ensure there is no unauthorized entry, loitering, or breach of security protocols
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and DPS management regarding any incidents or concerns. In addition, all Officers will Correspond with Clients of all Activity before leaving the post.
• All Candidates Must be able to speak, read and write Fluidly. Bi-lingual is wanted as well.

Positions is for various start time shifts: Second shift positions with two days off. Monday thru Fridays 40+ hours per week. Schedule goes as follows 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm.

Preferred Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a security, military, law enforcement, or related environment
• Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, or managing officer schedules
• Proven experience working directly with security staff, including coaching, guidance, and performance oversight. Strong ability to lead, supervise, and support a team of multiple security officers.
• Must possess excellent client relations and customer service skills
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skill set
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with the client on a daily basis
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond to site needs as required
• Previous security, military, correctional or police officer experience is preferred, but not required for most positions.
• Previous work experience with CCTV Cameras. Prefer at least a 1 year or more.
• Must have Commission / Armed Level Three Card.
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years Commission / Armed Experience.
