Job Description:
We are currently hiring reliable and professional On-Call Security Guards to support construction site security operations in the Fort Worth area. This position is strictly on-call, meaning there are no guaranteed hours. Guards will be contacted when work becomes available due to new contracts, schedule changes, call-outs, or the need for additional site coverage.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, flexible work opportunities, or experience in construction site security.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction sites to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and clients
• Complete basic incident or activity reports as required
• Control site access when applicable

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and able to respond to short-notice shift requests
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Fort Worth area
• Valid Texas security license (or ability to obtain if required)
