We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with their needs, from making reservations to providing local recommendations.
Duties
- Greet tenants warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Handle tenants inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with services, food delivery, arranging transportation.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all tenant interactions are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill tenants requests and enhance their experience.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls from tenants.
- Additional training to assist security officers on site
- Become licensed at no cost as Level II security officer.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
